Yummy Avacado Smoothies

  • Most Suitable for:  Babies between 6-8 months
  • Ingredients:  
  • Ripe Avacado  (make sure the skin isn’t damaged or has dark spots). You can also use banana or papaya for this.
  • A little formula or Breast Milk
  • Method
  • Wash the fruit thoroughly and cut open with a clean knife
  • Scoop the insides of the fruit out with a clean fork.
  • Mash the insides with the fork (do not blend)
  • Mix a little formula or breast milk for added flavor.

Serve fresh- never serve refrigerated leftovers to your baby
