Viharamahadevi Park is one of the most iconic parks in Sri Lanka. It has undergone extensive renovations and now offers a safe environment for parents to take their children. There is a large new play area for children. The fence around the edge of the park is no longer there, so you can wander in and out.There is a walking track, made of a synthetic material throughout the park, therefore children won’t get hurt if they fall– this is ideal for babies who are just learning to walk!

Water World is the only public aquarium in Sri Lanka.
